Does your puppy want to be trained to become a PVD Puppy?

Class will be taught directly at the airport and is for puppies 4 months and older. All puppies must be fully vaccinated and able to learn in a busy environment. Puppies must be people and dog friendly.

Dogs will receive an official achievement certificate upon successful completion of the course. We will focus on many OFF-LEASH training techniques including:

Certified Therapy School
12 Weeks and 3 Observation Sessions

Certify your dog to volunteer with you as a therapy dog. Pet therapy adds joy and happiness to any occasion. Our certified program is 12 weeks long and includes the AKC Canine Good Citizen title, basic obedience skills, tricks, impulse control skills and zoonotic disease training. Upon graduation, teams can volunteer in multiple venues we are affiliated with including but not limited to: libraries, Rhode Island Hospital, Kent Hospital, Miriam Hospital, North Providence School Department, John F. Deering Middle School, assisted living communities, nursing homes, Hospice, college's and of course our very own PVD Pups program out of Rhode Island T.F Green International Airport. We just proudly celebrated our 9 year anniversary!
